Policies

I want you to be happy with your artwork and I will do everything I can to make that so. Please contact me with any concerns.

Shop

  • All orders must be paid via payment options provided online. 

  • Custom orders can take some time which varies depending on each piece. Communication is key with these pieces. Please consider my time when communicating. 

  • There will be a 50% non refundable deposit before any work is started with any custom order. Please contact me if you wish to order something custom.

  • Custom orders are not refundable, all other orders are not refundable after item has shipped.

  • Please be aware that not all wood is equal. Characteristics of the wood will vary and so they are sold in "as is" condition

Shipping

  • Please allow for 2-3 days (not including holidays) for processing with the exception of custom orders.

  • I am NOT responsible for a wrong shipping address (please be sure you enter it correctly) You, the buyer, will be charged the return shipping fee plus charged to re-ship the item if the information is incorrect.

  • I am not responsible for delays that are out of my control (weather, postal strikes, etc.)

  • You, the buyer, are responsible for any charges incurred due to import fees, duties, and import taxes that may apply.

Refunds &
Returns

  • All returns/refunds/exchanges for all my handmade pieces are decided on by a case-by-case basis. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery and I will be happy to review the issue. 

  • The following items cannot be returned: 

    • customized orders

    • personalized orders

    • sale items

  • In the case where we have agreed upon a solution for a return/refund/exchange and the piece(s) must be sent back then you, the buyer, are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item(s) needs to be returned, then it must be done within 7 days following an agreed upon solution or I have the right to refuse the refund.

  • If the item(s) is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
